The Ribeiro brothers cultivate Catuaí, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Catucaí and Acaiá on 10 hectares. With their focus on preserving natural resources, an additional 40 hectares of the farm are devoted to native forest preserves. The remaining land is pasture for grazing animals.
The farm is committed to sustainable coffee production. Luis & Francisco are supported in their efforts by their cooperative, COCARIVE (Cooperativa Reg Cafeicultores Vale do Rio Verde Ltda).
Red Acaiá rare variety grown primarily in Brazil, is a natural mutation of Mundo Novo. the variety is well adapted to Brazil's growing conditions and flourishes best at heights above 800 meters above sea level. Known for its cup profile, Red Acaiá is a frequent flyer and winner at Brazil´s Cup of Excellence quality contests.

Cocoa Atelier uses some of the finest Irish ingredients in their beautifully inventive chocolate, from creamy Irish butter to pure Achill Island sea salt.
Their team of chocolatiers in their chocolate lab in Dublin dedicate their time to experimenting with a variety of flavours from yuzu to the finest single-origin cocoa from Papua New Guinea.
