This is a single origin coffee from Huabal, Peru.
It is roasted in tiny 1kg batches by our Head Roaster Gianluca.
This coffee is beautifully balanced with sweet and savory notes. Juicy and winey with berry, lemon and toffee flavors.
We would recommend using it at home as Espresso, with a Moka Pot, as French Press.

Patricio Rubio Saucedo is a member of the cooperative Lima Coffees and owns a 6.25 - hectare farm where he grows 3.5 hectares of Caturra coffee. He has about 11,500 trees in total. The coffee is picked ripe and depulped either that same day or the following day, depending on the time it is delivered to the wet mill. It's fermented dry for 24 hours before being washed three times. Is dried on patios under shade, and drying takes roughly 20 days.
