Cauca, nestled in Colombia’s rugged Andes, is a stellar region for growing exceptional coffee. Its volcanic soils, mild climate averaging 16–22°C, and high altitudes of 1,700 to 2,200 metres above sea level create prime conditions for coffee. Our Sugarcane Decaf is a delicious cup with big body, smooth finish, and chocolate, marzipan, and brown sugar notes—you wouldn’t know it’s decaf, making it a roastery favourite. Our decaf uses the sugar cane process, a natural method using ethyl acetate from fermented sugar cane to gently remove caffeine, preserving the coffee’s rich flavour.
