Process: Natural , chosen specifically to produce a coffee with a clean, bright, and intensely fruit-forward profile.

Altitude: Grown high up at 2,000–2,150 MASL.. Bezabesh's farm is located at 2,150 MASL.

Cultivar: Classic Heirloom varieties , renowned for their complex and distinctive flavour profiles.

Sustainability: Bezabesh cultivates her coffee under the beneficial shade of false banana trees, which protects the plants and enriches the soil. She also practices organic cultivation and doesn't use chemical fertilizers.
